Return policy
We hope you are always satisfied with your purchases from (Safahat Publishers Distributors)
If you change your mind or if the item that was delivered is incorrect or defective unfortunately, we accept the return of the purchases sent and delivered to us within 14 days of the date the shipment was received, provided that it is in its original condition.
To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns (if any)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of approval or refusal to receive a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the balance will be returned to your original credit card or payment method, within 14 working days.
In some cases, refunds are only partially granted (if applicable):
- Any item is damaged and not in original condition.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- If the return is from the shipping company without an obvious reason, the order will be sent directly without adding any fees.
- If the request is sent and it turns out that the reason is that the request has not been received or that a request is sent against payment of an amount in exchange for payment of a certain amount.
Late or lost refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, you must:
- First verify your bank account.
- Contact your bank or your credit card company, as it takes some time before formally refunds.
If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us immediately.
